Does the 2-in-1 DNA HYDRATE Water Bottle work when the bottle is empty?
Yes! Our water bottles are designed to work as a secure mount whether the bottle is empty or full.
Is the 2-in-1 DNA HYDRATE bottle compatible for my device?
Yes, the bottle is compatible with ALL devices. We developed a Magnetic Booster Ring that you can attach to your device to make it magnetic. It's extremely strong & resilient and won't fall off. It's even strong enough to hold large tablets like the iPad 12.9"!
Whether or not you need a Magnetic Booster Ring depends on your device and/or if it has a MagSafe-compatible case. iPhone 12 models and newer already have the MagSafe technology built into the device, so do not require a Booster Ring. All other devices will require one.
The Magnetic Booster Ring is not included, so you should add one to your order if you need one.
How long does it keep my drink warm or cold for?
The 2-in-1 Water bottle will keep your drink cold for 24 hours and hot for 12 hours thanks stainless steel bottle.
Is the Magnetic Booster Ring included?
No. Since DNA HYDRATE uses MagSafe technology, a Magnetic Booster Ring isn't required for many users.
We highly recommend using a Magsafe Phone case to achieve the best results of attaching your device to the bottle.
Can I use the DNA HYDRATE water bottle with a phone case on?
The 2-in-1 Water Bottle is compatible with all MagSafe-compatible cases. If your phone case is not MagSafe-compatible, we designed a Magnetic Booster Ring that you can apply to any device or case to make it compatible.
The Magnetic Booster Ring is not included, so you should add one to your order if you need one.
We highly recommend using a Magsafe phone case to get the best results when attaching your device to the bottle.

The 2-in-1 Bottle can hold up to 600ml.

Refunds, returns and exhanges
We accept returns up to 30 days from receipt of your order if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount, minus the shipping costs for the return.
Is the Water Bottle dishwasher safe?
We recommend hand washing the Water Bottle.
